Bad throughput

I have a 100DL/180UL connection, connected to my Astaro 220, but then i make a test without any features on i get 30DL/80UL.
I have a bridge between ETH0 and ETH1, so what i can scan the traffic in Transparent Mode, but as i said, when i make a test of the connection the Web filtering is diasbled.

My Astaro is a  ASG220 with 100/1000 (Intel Corporation 82574L).
With 1 GB ram and I use about 50% right now (No students on the school)
