[8.305, 9.000] unnecessary reporter processes

Hi,
I just installed 8.102, imported my v7 backup, and did up2date to 8.305.

I notice that several reporter processes are running for functions I have disabled, e.g.

websec-reporter.pl
waf-reporter.pl
mailsec-report.pl

top and ps show each is using many MB of RAM.

I didn't have websec, waf, or mailsec enabled in v7 or v8.

ISTM that some RAM could be saved by not running the reporter if the subsystem is disabled. Might speed up boots too.

    Hi,

    Those were already disabled, except for Webserver Protection, which didn't exist in v7 so it wasn't copied from my backup file.
    I've disabled that too, and hit 'apply', but nothing has changed wrt the running processes.
