How to enable ISP proxy?

Hi guys, I would like to know on how can I enable the ISP proxy in sophos UTM 9? by which it is enabled automatically for every client machine in the internal network.

Also, I want to have an exception available if I need to disable it for one or two users.

    Do you mean your ISP has a http proxy which they allow you to use or bypass?


    Yes, that's what I want. What I have is an IP address (Primary & Secondary) which I want the UTM 9 to use. Also, as I mentioned above, I need it to be for all the clients with also exceptions available if needed.
