I'm working on an Astaro Security Gateway v8 (running 8.300). On my external link I've got an IPv6 connection to my ISP (there is also an IPv4 connection on this link), and for my internal interfaces I have separate interfaces for the internal IPv4 and 6 networks.
The IPv6 link to the ISP is on a /111 mask with the ISP as the IPv6 default gateway. From the ASG I am able to ping hosts on the IPv6 internet without issue. For my internal IPv6 interface I am running DHCP6 with a /112 mask. Hosts successfully get their global address from the DHCP, but since DHCP6 does not advertise a default gateway they are unable to obtain one. My understanding is that a router running IPv6 should advertise its internet route to the hosts on the internal network so they can install the default route into their routing table. I've done this setup in the past with Cisco equipment and it worked without issue, however on the ASG I am unable how to figure out how to have the ASG advertise itself as a route to the internet for my hosts.
Simply put, my question is:
How can I configure the ASG to advertise itself as a route to the internet for my hosts on the internal IPv6 network. I've been reading through the documentation, forums, and searching Google but have had no luck finding out how to do so with an ASG. It seems for some people this behavior is default, but that does not appear to be the case for my ASG.
