making Networks visible to each other

Hello

I recentle installed two RED devices at two external sites of our company.
Their network can communicate with our main network, VPNs work properly, but my issue now is:
there's a timetracking hardware-installement at those two external sites, which seem to use a different network, and they can't communicate with the tools/server at the main site where the timetrackings are kept on record...

my Q now: how do I open up communication between our main network, and that unknown one at the two RED sites?
