In the configuration settings at the advanced tab in userportal there is no APPLY or OK Button anymore in Version 8.304. Has anybody else discovered this issue?
It sounds like you need to clear your browser cache in order to be able to get those buttons back. My experience is that WebAdmin is very picky and that I have to completely close any window related to the ASG, open a new window, delete Temporary Internet Files and only then restart WebAdmin.
No, I tried it from several Clientcomputers with different operatingsystems and Browsers. So this is neither a cache issue, nor a browser (IE and Firefox) or operatingsystemproblem (W7, W2k82R2 and SuSE-Linux).
If you have paid licensing, you might want to ask your reseller to open a ticket with Astaro. In the mean time, you can try a configuration restore from a week or two ago, don't forget to make a new config backup before you start. I don't expect that to work, but a restart might work if you get an opportunity. After that, it's either Support or, ... reloading from ISO. [:(]
I use a home Licence. So I think support won't investigate. I updated to Version 8.305 today and the problem still remains, but you give me an idea and it worked. I use the German language be default. So I changed to English and tried again. In the English Versions all Apply-Button are displayed properly. Only in the German interface, the APPLY Buttons at this side are missing. In English I could change my settings, so the problem is solved for me. Thanks for your support :-).
When I switch over to Deutsch, I also see the Unternehmen buttons. The funny thing is that returning to English required a reboot as the setting in WebAdmin was "English" aber alles ist auf Deutsch geblieben!
