unable to create new static users

i have asg 320 running on ver 8.300  today i try to create new user i am facing certification problem the error " cannot create certificate: signing vertificate request failed (256).

 please help me i cannot create new user  for any way from astaro i need to create new user for userportal and want to test ssl vpn..

    Just guessing - have you changed the hostname?  When you try to generate a certificate for a user without an email address, the VPNid includes the hostname - maybe that's the error message when there's no CA with the current hostname.  In that case, consult the 'Advanced' tab of 'Certificate Management'.
