unable to get web reporting back on

i get This report is disabled by configuration. whenever i get an executive report.  I've gone and matched the setting for this Astaro install to mine and still no dice.  Any ideas?

    We're you able to fix it?  We're running 8.301

    After Astaro support tried to fix my web reporting issue by rebuilding the databases yesterday, I now get a blank graph, with the "This report is disabled by configuration", under each of the top 10 sections.
