Strange issue in Uplink balancing - need to restart

Hello, 
today I noticed a strange issue in uplink balancing. I have 2 ADLS links. In multipath rules I set some rules in order to use the second link for client web navigation. 

I have a video server that needs to contact a remote network camera using tcp port 23080 and it should use the first DSL link (I don't have any explicit multipath rule for this service). Today I noticed that the video server could not contact the cam. In the packet filter there was no blocked packets. The only way to solve the issue was to disable / re-enable uplink balancing. 

Did you noticed any strange behaviour like this before?

    It sounds like you might want to create a Multipath rule.

    Do you have a DNAT involved here?  The camera we use (Apex) has a built-in web-server and can stream output to a file on our network.  If this is a camera on a public IP, maybe you can resolve the problem with broadcasting by adding a second A record in public DNS.
