PPPoE

Hi all,

I have Astaro 320 and I configured one of its interfaces as a PPPoE interface,
it was working but suddenly has stopped for some reason and I tried to turn it off and turn it on but still and I also tried to change DSL account info but still no success.

Could you help me in this situation?

And if you need any logs just tell me.

    Are you connected via a bridge modem?

    the initial error was related to authentication. Did you check your password?

    Also I would try to reload the bridge/model If I were you.Also did you change the MTU size? I am using MTU size 1476 for my pppoE connection and it works fine

    Can you click on the reconnect button to try to establish the connection again and attach only the related log?

    Hi,

    I did all that but no success.

    I thought there is something wrong with PPPoE service inside Astaro because I tried to use the username and the password with another modem and it's working but a bridge modem with Astaro it's not working.

    But with other clients with the same conf it's working.

    Really it's a strange situation.
