vmware ESXI networking

Hello ,

i have installed esxi 5 with 2 physical nic (intel ) 


please  check the image to understand my present asg and dmz and ap and wan setup i want to integrade all thing in one box 

i have installed linux and asg as a guest 
i have installed asg with 4 nic and linux with 1 nic

    I am extremly Sorry ,infacept i wrote a note in wordpad  and suppose  to be paste in this thread but forgot  .so you can understand 

    my question  are 

    1)what kind of networking switch i use in vmware est or vgt or ???
    2) how many vlans i should create and what changes i have to made in switch (at present i am  following your  writeup  on netgear gs 108t switch http://www.astaro.org/astaro-gateway-products/management-networking-logging-reporting/25335-netgear-vlan-switch-config-guide.html )  
    3) how many virtual switch i should use in vmware and how to configue/connect them with physcial switch 
    4)how asg and linux will be communicate in vmware ,i want linux in asg's dmz ,i am also using 1 wireless ap 10 ,how to lan will be connected 
    5how many physical nic i should configue in this senario ,

    is networking /firewall and routeing are same with vmware as we use in seprate physcal machine 


    please add your recommandtion  also  other then my qestion
