But when I get in to the menu there's no data. I'm assuming I need to enable the collection of the data, but unsure how/where to go about doing that. Any help appreciated.
I don't have any managed customers left on the 7.5xx version currently, but I do know there's a bug in 7.5xx that is currently preventing users of that version from viewing the logfiles from the year 2012 --- it could possibly be related. This bug was fixed in 8.300, and a fix for the 7.5xx branch is in the works from what I understand. Not sure if this is related or not, but it would make sense, as the reporting DB is built by parsing the logfiles.
