Non-internal IP's in Client reports

Hi,

Why do I occasionally see non-internal IP address in my client network usage reports?

Network Usage
TOP10 Clients
Total packets: 6 405 875
Total traffic: 4.9 GB
IP Hostname Packets Traffic %

10 93.114.46.158 lh17590.limehost.ro 8 733 7.0 MB 0.14 %
