Admin password reset - ASG 320 V8.3

Hi guys,

I would like to reset admin password in our ASG320 V8.3. I read the procedure, but I´m afraid to have issues like those I read in this forum doing this task.

Can someone confirm if the procedure described in the manual works ?

Samuel, before you change the admin password, add another member to the SuperUsers group so that you'll have an alternate way to access WebAdmin.
