Daily Executive Report charts empty with -nan

Last week I rebuilt our firewall onto a BOXD525MW motherboard with laptop HDD. The install completed successfully and I restored the config from back no problems. There firewall is working fine however all the charts in the daily report are empty with every value saying -nan (not a number). The same thing happens if I am in the administration console and go into the logs. The charts do not show any data. However anything that is not a chart is fine.

The only slight issue I had when I was setting up the firewall was that the bios time was incorrect. I did not realise until the server was built that the time was wrong. I then corrected it in the server, rebooted realised the bios was still wrong so corrected it in the bios, then realise that the firewall was wrong again so corrected it in the firewall again. I cannot recall how far out it was.

Edit: version is 8.3 now but media was 8.202.

    Hi,
    did you install the 8.203 upgrade before going to the 8.300?

    At this stage I would suggest a rebuild using the 8.300 ISO. There were database format changes between 8.2xx and 8.300 and these might not have worked on your ASG

    I saw this issue before I upgraded. I upgraded on the vain hope that it would rebuild or somehow fix the issue. I am away from home at the moment but will perform a rebuild when I get home.

    Well last night I performed a rebuild using the 8.300 media. My thought is that something went wrong during the original install as the issue is not present now.  Thanks RFCat for your help.

    The same thing happened to me a couple days ago.  The only thing that I did was replace my aging ASG220's 80GB IDE drive with a shiny new 80GB Intel 320 SSD.  I just ghosted the data over.  Exact same partition sizes.  Everything booted up normally (but 2 minutes faster) and ran just fine.  The only side effect is the blank graphs with -nan.

    I'll have to rebuild mine and restore the config to see if that also fixes the problem.

    BTW, I upgraded to v8 a couple weeks ago and was running 8.302 when I did the hard drive swap.

    I just did a clean install of 9 (with backup restore from latest 8) and i am getting this same problem - most of the charts have NaNs. I really don't want to do another install. is there a neat way to fix this?

    hmmm, perhaps this was a "9 special". i was changing some configs on the server and after two reboots the charts now work. most peculiar...

    I also did a clean install for 9 with a rerstore of V8 config and my reports have started disappearing ? I have last weeks executive report but the data is not in the reports ? starnge is this a 9 feature ?

    Same thing here.  I just received a new 320 and Put on 9.0.  The i restored from a backup from the last version of 8.X.

    No charts yet.  It's been several hours now.
