Search Log Files

Does anyone use this option and had any luck with it? I've tried to use it on multiple ASG and never get any results. I can tell it to search the SMTP Proxy and get it a search term of the domain I'm looking for and nothing returns. I can open the logs, copy out a term I know is there and it still won't find it. The help for this doesn't indicate that I need to format the search any particular way.

Is this just a feature that doesn't work?

I use this every day. Show a picture of the WebAdmin display for a search that doesn't work.

I also use the option search log files, and I have no problem. Can you show us a picture or can you tell us how you use the search option.
