ASG 8.3 and FW-Notify Log Entries

I am testing ver 8.3 and notice some strange entries in the SMTP proxy log:

2011:12:24-17:07:00 OASIS exim-out[8046]: 2011-12-24 17:07:00 Start queue run: pid=8046
2011:12:24-17:07:00 OASIS exim-out[8047]: 2011-12-24 17:07:00 1ReZ1Y-0001r4-1o == do-not-reply@fw-notify.net R=dnslookup T=remote_smtp defer (-53): retry time not reached for any host
2011:12:24-17:07:00 OASIS exim-out[8046]: 2011-12-24 17:07:00 End queue run: pid=8046


This behavior has also been evident on version 8.202. However the underlying cause seems to be somewhat elusive. So I ask for some direction in resolving this issue. Happy holidays!
