Not sending daily executive report

Hi,

Recently we had upgraded Astaro Security Gateway to version 8.202. It stopped sending daily executive report. It looks like our mailing list is detecting an email might cause loop. 

I looked at the email header and it has "Auto-Submitted: yes" which I think previous version doesn't have, at least on version 8.102 and I also didn't see "Reply-To" header. 

Can you please help me to fix this issue?

  • The other thing you might try if you have Astaro Support is to submit a support request.  A re-install certainly would fix these, but you might have a different problem from vels.  Do you know if the report was generated, but not sent?  Sent, but not received?  Also, be sure to Up2Date to 8.203 to be sure that the issue isn't the RDNS/HELO feature that existed only in 8.202.
