Web Usage Report not being updated

Over the weekend I had upgraded from 7.511 to 8.202. Everything went rather well. And after a few minutes I started seeing the logs were updating and the reporting was functioning.

Now that the work week has started I am seeing more and more traffic but the reports are not reflecting this. Currently the report says there has been 3.8MB of traffic. However, the Content Filter log is at 96MB. With a few hundred users on our network we should be seeing much more.

What could be the culprit?

It sounds like you might have a bad PostgreSQL database. Your best bet is to ask your reseller to open a support case with Astaro, or, you can do that yourself if you have Premium support.

Thank you. I had opened a support case, but it seems I get faster results with this forum.

Well, we could tell you how to fix it, but that would be at the risk of causing you to lose Astaro support. [:)]
