Isp l2tp

hello
I have a problem, before I use Internet connection via DHCP
Now I need a permanent IP, but for this I need to connect to ISP via L2TP
my ISP it does not work with PPTP
in the Astaro i see don't have L2TP?

how does it have such a powerful system of security and without L2TP [:S]

I'd say you need to change ISPs - Astaro doesn't have an L2TP client.

Astaro has a PPPoA/PPTP option for interface definition, but no ADSL/L2TP. I suspect that's because there hasn't been much demand for it.

The only L2TP support is the L2TP over IPsec Remote Access server.

our L2TP is considered as a new protocol
PPTP is old, so we a little work

You might check Astaro Gateway Feature Requests to see if anyone has suggested adding this capability.
