Captive Portal/Welcome

One of my sites with a wireless network wants to welcome their users with a splash screen with info and credits for the service. I've seen some threads discussing forced proxy use, authentication pages and also some development requests for this feature, but I can't find out if I can do it right now. For clarification: we want to force the first web browser screen to be a welcome screen (requiring no password or any action by the user) and then let them proceed to browse as normal. 

Any ideas?

    Astaro doesn't have a global landing page for the Web Proxy, but if you are using AD and IE, it is trivial to force a set home page onto everyone's browser using group policy.  Just create a page and set it up on a local web server.

    I would expect this feature to be added with version 9.0, when the Wireless Hotspot feature is added.

    I was just in Boston last week.  Legal Seafoods lobster rolls are too dry IMO.  [:)]
