Archive Older Logs

I have an Astaro I would love to take all of the old logs off and archive to rebuild it. I have setup "Remote Log File Archives" but it only has the day I setup the remote log archives and later, not the older archives. Is there a way to manually run, even from the CLI via SSH, to purge all of the logs into the Remote Log File Archive?

Any help would be great.

Seeing lots of reads but no responses on this one ...

Any ideas on this one? I would really like to copy off all the logs older than when I initiated the "Remote Log File Archive".

What about using a file copy across SSH?

Archived log files are stored in separate directories under /var/log. You can use a client like SCP or WinSCP to copy them off to a workstation.
