Trouble with Astaro

hello guys, we're using an asg110/120 rev4 (v8) and the problem is, the device seems to go up and down..when i try to ping the astaro, it gives me a "request timed out" result.. sometimes it pings,some results are "no sources", but mostly it's not responding...what would be the best thing to do? wires/cables are ok

really need your help so badly..

    Hi and welcome aboard,
    besides your suggestion of the cables, investigate the logs. You didn't advise what type of external network you have. 

    There are a various logs that will report information giving you an indication as to what is the likely cause. If the IPS log shows reloading, that would indicate your external face is unstable.

    we have 1 main network(office) and 7 subnetwork (branches)..and have internal/internet/ipvpn type of network sir..

    i cant even login to web admin's interface..

    You haven't really described your setup at all. But with 7 remote offices and a main office, I would suspect your ASG is overloaded.

    What features do you have operational, how much memory does your ASG have?

    I would suggest you connect a console to your ASG and run "top" to see what is happening.
