Web Usage Report Empty

No matter how I generate it my Web Usage report is always empty.
Is there some setting I need to change in order for this data to be captured?

Are you talking about when you set it up to be emailed to you each night? There is currently a bug that is causing these auto-emailed reports to be empty, which will be fixed in a future update. In the meantime, the published workaround is to manually send the report from WebAdmin.

Even when I run it manually it's empty.

if every think is okay and web-proxy service is on
check in the "exception" rules for internal user

Logging
Accessed pages
Blocked pages

are not checked
