Internal IP PBX behind Astaro

Dears,
      I have internal IP PBX in my internal network with private IP address, I wonder if someone has such a solution that allow external softphones to communicate with this internal IP PBX , BUT with out using VPN.

    Sorry for long delay in reply... There was an issue in our PBX.
    Adding the exception didn't resolve the issue, the quality of calls in direction from Internet to internal IP phones has very bad quality, so If you have any other advices please send them to me.
