Internal IP PBX behind Astaro

Dears,
I have internal IP PBX in my internal network with private IP address, I wonder if someone has such a solution that allow external softphones to communicate with this internal IP PBX , BUT with out using VPN.

Thanks,
Mostafa Aly

  • Mostafa, one of my customers had similar problems and paid me to configure QoS for him.  The problem didn't go away, so I pushed him harder to give me exact times when the problem occured.  I discovered that the issue was the Astaro perceiving the traffic as UDP floods.  Add an 'Intrusion Prevention' Exception for 'Anti-DoS/Flooding UDP' for your PBX as source or destination.

    Did that resolve your issue?

    Cheers - Bob
