extend login period on v7.507

Hi all,

We got AD working on our astaro web 1000 with v7 and the users can authentificate using their AD credentials through the web portal. Is it possible to configure it to authentificate transparently?

And if not is it possible to extend the login period? at the moment users get logged out every 10 minutes or so. we updated from V7.501 to 7.507 to get past the AuA issue however i just reloaded the old config. This was happenning before too

    I never used the web 1000 and Astaro doesn't even have the documentation posted for it anymore, but it should be similar enough to a regular ASG, just with access to less features.

    In order for the authentication process to be completely transparent for your users, you would need to use Active Directory SSO.  This would also require that the proxy is set in the browsers on your users computers.

    Thanks for that verified my settins matched with all that

    When going through the pages i found in web security we had transparent with authentification selected, the proxy itself isnt a true transparent one so i have set it to active directory SSO. But unfortunatley that just gives a error page saying 

    The requested content is not allowed


    Anyway i will play with it further.
