How can I hard reset the username + pass

Dear 4rum,

I'm a new IT @ new company, the old IT went away without take handover, so I cannot to access Astaro Security Gateway 220 as I donot have username + pass. I want to reset the username + pass with continue to keep the current configuration as I'm a newbie of this Astaro brand name.

Do you have any solution for my case? Appreciated in advance for your help.

Hi and welcome aboard,
while if you search the various forums you might find some clues to this, I would recommend that you contact your reseller so that it is done with the blessing of Astaro Support.
