How can I hard reset the username + pass

Dear 4rum,

I'm a new IT @ new company, the old IT went away without take handover, so I cannot to access Astaro Security Gateway 220 as I donot have username + pass. I want to reset the username + pass with continue to keep the current configuration as I'm a newbie of this Astaro brand name.

Do you have any solution for my case? Appreciated in advance for your help.
