MTU Problem with Xbox 360 (ASG V8)

To anyone that can help. I have searched this forum and Google and could not find the answer to my problem. I'm receiving a message from my Xbox 360 that it cannot connect to Xbox Live because the MTU level is set to low. I have checked to ASG (via the WebAdmin) to confirm that the MTU settings are at 1500 and I am lost. I have Astaro Security Gateway V8; have set the firewall and DNAT settings for the Xbox and receive DHCP from my windows 2011 SBS Server. Thank you to anyone that can suggest a fix because I would prefer to replace my DD-WRT with this firewall because it allows easy configuration of a reverse proxy.
