Log Management Site URL won't resolve

I was excited to check out the log management feature of my newly upgraded 8.201 but the collector url (collector-093.eu.logmgmt.astaro.net) won't resolve in the gateway nor can I dig it from a different network altogether. Is this a surprise to anyone?

The system log in the gateway complains:

2011:08:19-07:54:49 phoenix dns-resolver[5480]: No such IPv4 domain: collector-093.eu.logmgmt.astaro.net (REF_NetDnsLogManagLog)
