V8.102 - Unable to log in with new created users

Hello,

This is a very simple process normally.  When I create a new user and assign to SuperAdmin group.  I then try logging in with correct username and password I get a failed authentication attempt.  I tried creating another username and the same problem occurs.

I am not sure whether this problem relates, but the week prior I was not able to get to the webadmin interface from the bridged network.  I had to ssh in and do a manual restart of httpd.

I am using V8.102 Astaro HA (active-passive)

The authentication daemon reports:
2011:08:01-11:52:45 NSAAAAAAAA-1 aua[8730]: id="3005" severity="warn" sys="System" sub="auth" name="Authentication failed" srcip="X.X.X.X" user="person" caller="webadmin" reason="DENIED"

This does not make sense.  Now any new user that is created does not authenticate.

Please help.  Ideas?
