report to show which user is using up all the bandwidth

Hello,
We have a Astaro ASG110 on a T1 connection.

Our connection has slowed to a crawl and the ISP has contacted us that we are using 100% of our connection.

I went into reporting > Network Usage
im showing that our External Traffic Inbound is causing the problem.

I went to the "accounting" tab, but it was blank

how can I troubleshoot to see where that traffic is going?

    Hi, bnelsongtf, and welcome to the User BB!

    I'm guessing that you've just set up the Astaro, and that it hasn't had an opportunity to do a data base roll-up in the middle of the night.

    If that's not the case, you should ask your reseller to open a ticket at Astaro Support.

    PS the recommendation for support is based on the empty Accounting tab.  In fact, if you have some traffic to which you want to guarnatee bandwidth, you can do that in Quality of Service.
