No Daily Executive Reports for a week

Hello,

For all of last week I received no daily executive reports from my ASG 220 (latest firmware). The last report came for Saturday 7-2 and then I got one this morning for Sunday 7-10. I still received the intrusion alerts and log-in reports all week so it wasn't an email problem. The other email account that was supposed to receive the reports did not get them as well. There were no changes made to the settings.

    Hi, John, and welcome to the User BB!

    Check the System messages log.  If you see postgresql errors there, you'll need to get Astaro Support involved.  In not, first try a reboot.  If that doesn't work, try restoring a backup from before the problem started.  If those don't work, then Astaro Support is the right prescription for a commercial customer in the US.

    I checked the system log and I see these all over, is this the same problem or something else? 
    postgres[5235]: [2-1] LOG:  unexpected EOF on client connection

    The strange thing is I got the daily report from yesterday so it's working again but it stopped for exactly one week.
