Configuration Auto Backup Email with empty attachement

We use the Configuration Auto Backup via email, since upgrade to version 8 the attachement has 0 Byte size (backup_***x.abf).
When log in the webinterface all backups have the correct size and i can download it.
Sending the backup using the SEND button it has again 0 Byte within the email.
Any hints?

    That's not a configuration problem; it looks like a glitch in the internal code of the Astaro.  You might be able to fix it by doing a reboot.  If that doesn't work, restore a config backup from before this problem started.  If that doesn't work, you or your reseller should submit a ticket to Astaro Support.

    If this is a home unit (no Astaro support), your next step would be a factory reset (erases all logs, reports, backups, etc.) and a restore.  As a last resort, reloading from CD and restoring likely would fix your problem.
