Management API

Is there some sort of API that we can tap into for doing routine management stuff like creating/updating user accounts, creating/modifying web filtering rules, etc. without having to login into the web UI? I'd like to create a nice basic web UI that would interface with the Astaro device that end users can log into that will allow them to create/update white/black URL lists, web filtering categories, Application monitoring rules, etc without having to give them access to the "techy" Astaro web interface.

    I understand all the concerns completely but still doesn't answer my question. Is there some type of API I can tap into to make changes? I know there is the Astaro Command Center but these are solutions meant for "technical" people that know what they are doing. I need a solution to allow non-technical people a very easy way to create/update user accounts, modify web filtering rules and white/black lists, etc without having to login in the webadmin GUI which is geared towards very technical people.
