I already looked at The Bandwidth Monitoring in the Dashboard, but all information i had is the source IP as the Public NATing IP and the remote destination IP and visa verse along with destination and source port and No. of byte and packets in and out.

I can really track which IPs withdraws the uplink "thanks for your note" , But how can i know which user belong to this particular ip.
YOu would have to either set everyone to static ips and then build that manually into the ASL OR you need AD or something similar and then run the https proxy in standard mode with autentication.
