Can surf but cannot ping

I have 2 Gateways setups
One at 200.x.x.x
One at 100.x.x.x

Both the same carrier and 20 minutes away from each other
200.x.x.x
Cable Modem > Astaro 110 (eth1) 200.x.x.66 > PCa

100.x.x.x
                              Cisco 1841 > (fa0/0) 100.x.x.70 > PCb
                                /
Cable Modem > Switch(DMZ) 
                                \
                              Astaro 120 > (eth1) 100.x.x.71 > PCc

1) I can surf from PCa, PCb, and PCc
2) I can reach the Astaro 110 WebAdmin from PCb but not PCc
3) I can surf common sites like Google, Yahoo, MSN, from PCc
4) I cannot ping anything past the Astaro 120 or reach the Astaro 110 WebAdmin from PCc

I would like to be able to get to the 110 webadmin from PCc.  I dont understand why I cannot ping anything either.

    Hi,
    what are your settings under network security for ping and icmp?

    Does the cable modem hand out IP addresses? How do each of the devices connected to the cable modem know about each other and what IP address do they have?

    The Network Security Settings you suggested now allows for pinging. Thanks.

    Internal DHCP is handled by the routers on all networks.

    There is no need for the ASG120 to see the Cisco1841.  Both have static IPs on their outside interface provided by the carrier.

    I can ping the external IP address 200.x.x.66 from ASG120>PCc.

    I have a ipsec tunnel between the ASG110 and ASG120 and can get to the ASG110 WebAdmin with the internal ip address 192.168.5.1 from ASG120>PCc.

    I am still unable to get to the ASG110 WebAdmin using its outside ip address 200.x.x.66 from ASG120>PCc, both before and after the tunnel was created.

    I can get to the ASG110 WebAdmin using its outside ip address 200.x.x.66 from the Cisco1841>PCb

    Traffic is fine for the application needed.  I am now just curious why I can't see the ASG110 WebAdmin using the outside ip address 200.x.x.66 from PCc.  I just wish to educate myself more on these Astaros, hope this information helps more.

    on the ASG110 under management -> webadmin settings -> general do you have allow "any" in the allowed networks?
