Reporting Issue

when i create a customized Report, [Remote Acces/Competed Sessions/Connections by user: "username"/ Custom Time Range] I get the information.
But when i try to exprot it to PDF i get a Link to "Download your uc(pdf) Report.htm". It is an emty File.
When i try to export it to CSV I won't get any file.
Whats wrong with it?
