Download Limit for a Network?

Hi All
Can you set a monthly download limit in Mb/Gb for a Network Interface?
I've been away from Astaro for a while, and don't see how to do this.
I have a customer that wants to setup a House with Students and offer ea Student 10Gb of Internet usage.
I was hoping ASG would be able to manage this.
The Plan is to use a Network for ea Student.

then until ASL comes up with this it's running ASL in bridge mode with something else in front as the router/bandwidth manager.
