Download Limit for a Network?

Hi All
Can you set a monthly download limit in Mb/Gb for a Network Interface?
I've been away from Astaro for a while, and don't see how to do this.
I have a customer that wants to setup a House with Students and offer ea Student 10Gb of Internet usage.
I was hoping ASG would be able to manage this.
The Plan is to use a Network for ea Student.

    using a network for each student is going to be an admin nightmare if it's more than a few.  I don't see that particular capability.  Does the connection you are sharing have a transfer cap?  if not then simply put a QOS limit on each students network equal to 10 gb a month if they used it 24/7.  that way they can saturate their "network" 24/7 and never go over it because they can't transfer data fast enough.  you can also put something like pfsense or something like that as your firewall that provides that kind of traffic metering and run astaro in bridge mode for the rest.
