DHCP Messages filling my logs

I have posted this in the past but have never gotten a fix. This message logs ever few seconds all day and just hammers the size of my logs. I don't understand as I do not have any DHCP server listening on this Internet interface so this seems to be coming from the DHCP client in the Internet interface eth1. My internal interface is eth0. Would realy love to be able to turn these messages off as they don't seem to be adding value. My Internet interface renews it's IP with no issues, As a bit of configuration info my Internet interface is a cable modem.

    I set it to Ethernet Standard and they stopped. Problem is I have to get my IP from the ISP DHCP server and this settings does not alow DHCP from what I have seen only static IP. Could the dhcpcd be just rejecting offers that other computers are asking for on the network and ignoring them as it should? I am woundering if the service is set to log in Debug mode some how and it is just logging everything it is doing. Do you know how the logging level gets set for this service so I can look to see the setting?
