Hi
Currently I have my ASG configured with 3 NIC's (one for lan, one for secondary lan and one for WAN) but are considering to use VLAN's instead since that gives me more flexibility.
Are there any best practice for using vlan for ASG? I have a few questions I hoped I would get some feedback on:
1) If I have 2 or more vlan's, would I be able to filter traffic between each vlan with the ASG packet filter?
2) With 3 NICs, should I use 1 for wan, 1 for my vlans(vlan2,vlan4,vlan6) and the 3.rd nic as a dedicated admin port, and physically patch my computer in to that for initial config?
3) Would 3 NICs be sufficient for this setup?
