Dns & snmp

Apparently, there is something i have some difficulties to understand in packet filter [:)] as its log drop SNMP connections from my DMZ : 
04:06:31  Default DROP  UDP  176.16.2.60  :  48217
→ 
176.16.2.1  :  161
len=286  ttl=64  tos=0x00  srcmac=0:1f:c6:57:5e:a7  dstmac=0:1f[:D]0:84[:D]f[:D]b

My rule is : 
Source : DMZ (Network)  (I already tested "Any" here with the same result)
Service : SNMP
Destination : Any

Same thing regarding DNS and VPN Pool SSL (UPDATE : sorry please forget this one, a stupid miss from me, resolved)
My rule is : 
Source : VPN Pool SSL
Service : DNS
Destination : Any

Log is : 
04:11:07  Default DROP  UDP 
10.242.2.6  :  53089
→ 
176.16.2.1  :  53
len=59  ttl=128  tos=0x00

Does someone have an idea ?
