Users showing as IP's under reporting

When I go to Reporting->Web Security, under the user column there are no usernames listed, only IP's.

We are running the Virtual Web Gateway device v7.509 on VMWare ESXi 4.1.

Anyone have any ideas?

Is this something that changed for you since an earlier version?

My understanding was the only time you get usernames displayed in the reports is when you have the Web Proxy configured to use some form of authentication. The regular & transparent modes don't record usernames, just IPs.
