Network Usage > Accounting not updating throughout the day?

This seems like it might be a common question, but I cannot find any explanation in my searching of the forum.  My apologies if this has already been asked and answered.

I notice under the [Network Usage > Accounting] tab that the traffic values remain static throughout the day and do not increase.  After 12:00 am, the Accounting page updates and displays what appears to be the full traffic report for the day prior.  Is this expected behavior?

Likewise, whenever I generate an “Executive Report”, it contains the traffic values for the day prior and does not increment/update throughout the day until I pass 12:00am.

If this is expected behavior, is there any way to see traffic “counters” that increment and remain up-to-date throughout the day?

I'm new to Astaro (I've just set it up in my home on an old Dell Dimension 8300) and I have to say that I really love it thus far!  I have a few questions/misunderstandings, but overall I'm very happy with it.

    the reports are run daily to reduce resource usage and load.  The reports are run at midnight..[:)]

    My employer users an Astaro gateway (this is how I first heard about the product) and their understanding was that the Network Usage > Accounting tab "live updated".  I just assumed that I had misconfigured by installation somehow. [[:)]]

    Hi,
    FWIW, you can look at the Reporting-Network to see up-to-date (updated every 5 mins) aggregate bandwidth usage, or you can click on the interface graph on the top right of the dashboard screen to see current connections and traffic.
