Block Web Ads using DNS & Host Files on ASG

For many years, I've used the host file on Windows machines to point web ads/ad serves to 127.0.0.1 to keep the ads from loading.

I know that ASG has the option to block ads if you run all of the traffic through the HTTP/S proxy, but is there a way to simply upload/copy-paste the host names for ad servers into the DNS look-up list?

I've been using the host.txt file from the website (below) on each individual computer and would somehow like to simply the update process by consolidating this information into the ASG DNS tables.

    It is possible to modify the hosts file and import into ASG URL filtering. Unfortunately, there is no easy way to manage these entries after import. I imported the same hosts file as Jhaislet has pointed out and now I cannot delete the entries all at a time if I want to reload an updated file. The hosts file has 10,000+ entries. Manually deleting them will take ages. I did put in a feature request to simplify the managing of URL filtering list but I don't think that request went anywhere.
