CAN NOT login to my webadmin

Hi All,
When i try to login to my webadmin, astaro displays this message "Backend connection failed, please click Shift-Reload to try again." before the login page loaded, so i cannot enter my username and password,note that astaro box is working normally , i just cannot login to the webadmin.
I want to solve this problem without restarting the box.

I have astaro version 8 software edition.

This actually happens to me sometimes in v9. Try using an alternate hostname to access. Say if you were using https://firewalldns:4444 try just using the internal IP in lieu of the hostname like so: https://192.168.250.1:4444. Strange, but it seems to work for me.
