well i read the post on request routing, I understand what it does, but unfortunately it didn't work. I added the 2 winserver2k8 domain controllers IPs in the request routing, which are already defined in network definitions and are also entered in the domain forwardeds without the "use forwarders assigned by ISP" checked, so that's unchecked, and I added the domain name which is mydomain.local I also tried mydomain only. I waited for a day and the report still showed IP addresses. What it wrong?
I added static route entries in the DNS>Static Entries. I also added a request route to my Windows Server DNS server, I can finally see hostnames instead of IPs in executive reports, but not everywhere, only in the column where it says hostname.
In the Web Security section of this report, there is a column called Client. Why is it showing the Client as an IP not a resolved hostname? The IP is the internal LAN IPs. So again I have the same problem. Or is it that Astaro doesn;t resolve the IP to hostaneme in that section at all? Please tell me where I can we change the setting to show the hostname instead of IP in the Client Column.
