Astaro slowing down download?

Hello

I have had astaro installed for a month now, and a week ago we experienced a sudden drop in download speed. From 1,4MB/sec to around 200KB/sec.

Connected directly to my modem with my computer and got full speed, then connected through astaro and restarted the modem I got full speed for about 5 minutes and then the speed returned to 200KB/sec.

I would appreciate help troubleshooting as I enjoy astaro very much but such a drop in speed is quite annoying!

    Try lowering the MTU on the EXT interface in Astaro... if your connection is DSL with PPPoE, try 1492 bytes, and then re-test the speeds.

    Also, I should have mentioned that if you have the http proxy / content filter on, you are unlikely to get valid speed test results.
