consumer router with vpn

Can anyone suggest a consumer0oriented router that includes vpn connectivity that's compatible with Astaro?
I did lots of research a couple of years ago to find one but failed miserably. In my new job I would like to run astaro, but it would be very helpful if employes from home were able to hook up their notebooks to the company network without too much hassle.
I was thinking of something like a Draytek or any equivelant device under 150 euro.
Any suggestions?
And, no, RED is too expensive and I only need a portion of the functionality. I'm only planning on buying a couple for a few handpicked users and play around with VOIP and stuff.

    I'd go with the RED... it's reasonably priced.  Messing around with consumer-grade routers, etc. is just asking for trouble (Oh, yes, I've had customers try to go down that road; in the end, they ended up with home Astaro installs, ASG110/120s, or now, the RED).

    An alternative would be to deploy the SSL VPN to those workstations; it's fairly easy to manage and deploy.  We use that quite a bit as well.
